These contracts do not cover your oil tank, tiger loop, fire valve or any other external component.
All our contracts are subject to a boiler survey and do not include an out of hours service as standard.
If something goes wrong you can rely on one of our approved engineers to get things up and running again.
Plus you’ll also benefit from a boiler service, which usually takes place within the first 90 days of your cover start date.
Your boiler must pass the initial survey before any contracts can be progressed.
After 6 months, if your boiler is beyond economical repair and less than 7 years old, we’ll replace it for a special contract customer rate.
